Book a One-on-One Case Consultation with a Practitioner Mentor + Email Recommendation
Book a 30 minute virtual consultation to review your client's test results (human or animal) with one of our Advanced HTMA Practitioner Mentors. One-on-One consultations are great to learn about imbalances, common and uncommon patterns or if you are just starting out; then this can provide deeper insight into the test and symptoms.

STEP 1: Click the link and submit information for your session inluding client health history / complaints and any specific questions you have.

STEP 2: Upload test results for your client's HTMA and any other diagnostic tests you have for review.

STEP 3: Select your Practitioner Mentor, book your time, make sure to confirm and proceed to payment to finalize.

STEP 4: Receive an email confirmation with your calendly link for your session.

STEP 5: Receive a follow-up email summary with the recommendations discussed during your session within 1-2 business days.
Submit a case for a Recommendation via Email
Submit a client's HTMA test for review by one of our Advanced HTMA Practitioner Mentors via email for quick and easy recommendations. Are you stuck on a protocol, not sure what do to for a particular pattern or questioning what add-ons would truly customize the Vykon powder blend for your client; then this option is for you!

Everyone is bioindividual, so assessing the pattern is paramount. Use the guides below to review your client’s test. If your client’s test does not fit into any of the following patterns, then you may need a mineral blend built from scratch.

Our platform is built to ensure you are set up to meet with the mentor best qualified to review your results and provide you with your recommendation. All of our mentors are highly qualified and Vykon trained!
We allow cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You will receive a partial refund for your cancelled appointment, minus a $20 administration fee.
Any cancellations made within the 24 hour period will not be refunded. Your scheduled appointment will be cancelled and this order will default to an email recommendation. Our team will base this recommendation on the submitted information.
To cancel your appointment you will need to go to the Calendly Confirmation Email you received, and at the bottom of the email there will be a Cancel option. Click this to cancel the appointment.
We allow you to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Any rescheduling of appointments made within the 24 hour period will be cancelled and this order will default to an email recommendation. Our team will base this recommendation on the submitted information.
To reschedule you will need to click on the reschedule option at the bottom of the Calendly Confirmation email you received.
If your mentor is late or misses a meeting, don’t panic!
Check your email to make sure your Mentor has not communicated they are running late.
Try reaching out to them by email to see if there was a scheduling mix-up.
You can also reach out to our team at customs@vykonsupplements.com at any time if you are having issues.
If you don’t hear back after about 5-10 minutes or your schedule is unable to accommodate the new time, you can reschedule your appointment through the Calendly Confirmation Email.
We will waive all penalties associated with rescheduling within the 24 hour period.
You should attempt to reach out to your mentor as soon as you can to let them know.
If you are more than 10 minutes late or miss your appointment altogether, your scheduled appointment will be cancelled and this order will default to an email recommendation. Our team will base this recommendation on the submitted information.
All appointments are allotted 30 minutes. Extra time will not be added for late attendance.
We understand the questions are a big part of the learning experience! The half hour time period will allow you to ask questions during your consultation. We encourage you to ask questions about your test, the protocol recommendations discussed and next steps during this time.

In order to receive the best value out of your consultation, we require you to submit your test results during the scheduling process. This way your mentor will have all the information required to make a recommendation for your client. There is no rush to book an appointment without test results in hand as we have many mentors available to book with.

Sometimes, technical difficulties happen. Please reach out to our team to confirm your booking was received. We may ask you to resubmit your booking again. Rest assured you will not pay twice.
Our mentors want to make sure they are giving you the best recommendation possible. You will receive an email with your protocol recommendations with in 1-2 business days of your consultation.
