Why is my client not saving in my Client Directory?
It's possible that your regular browser has cache/ cookies in place causing issues with the application. We recommend trying either an incognito or private browser window and seeing if you're able to save your client that way. If so, you most likely will need to clear your cache/ cookies in your regular in order to solve this issue from happening in the future.
Incognito/ private browser window did not work, what else can I try?
We recommend in this case trying to manually type in the information into the client directory fields, as sometimes the fields will not register copy/ pasted information and will not save.
