At Vykon Inc., we are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently, no matter where you are in the world. We offer worldwide shipping through DHL and FedEx, with both standard and expedited options available.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, local delivery delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 4-6 business days for Custom Powders and 5-7 business days for Custom Capsules, after payment confirmation.  Ready-made only orders will be fulfilled within
  • These are our standard fulfilments.  Times can vary due to holidays and increased demand.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight. Any additional customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.  Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned and addition charges may apply.

Undeliverable, Lost and Damaged Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at orders@vykoncustoms.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
  • If your package arrives damaged in any way, please fill out the Damaged Shipment Form.  This form should be completed and submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

Restricted Shipping Areas

We comply with international shipping regulations and may be unable to ship to certain countries due to restrictions. If you are experiencing issues with shipping to a certain destination, please contact our team at orders@vykoncustoms.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If any modifications are made, we will post the revised version here with an updated revision date. You agree to review these pages periodically to stay informed of any changes. You also agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically fulfill any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
