Order Cancellations
Every effort will be made to accommodate cancellation requests of less than 12 hours’ notice but cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom supplements, except in cases of
- Products received damaged or defective
- Incorrect Products received due to our error
To request a replacement, submit a claim within 5 days of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
We will provide refunds on non-customized, retail products returned, and received, within 30 days of the shipping date.
- products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- use of a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (tracking number) is required.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received your return in house, we will initiate your refund, less your original shipping cost to the original payment method. Funds will be fully returned within 5-10 business days for refund initiation.

Updates to this Policy
We may update these Terms from time to time. If any modifications are made, we will post the revised version here with an updated revision date. You agree to review these pages periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of our Platform after updates take effect constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to abide by the revised Terms.
You also agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically fulfill any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Additionally, whenever you electronically transact, agree, or consent via the Platform, it will be considered an electronic signature, binding you as if you had signed a physical document.
