Why is my custom protocol not saving?

It's possible that your regular browser has cache/ cookies in place causing issues with the application. We recommend trying either an incognito or private browser window and seeing if you're able to save your protocol that way. If so, you most likely will need to clear your cache/ cookies in your regular in order to solve this issue from happening in the future.
